<div>To return an item, please email our customer service at <em>customer@huskee.co</em> <strong>within 14 days from receipt of the goods</strong> to inform them of your return request. All items must be posted to Huskee within the allowable return period of 30 days from receipt of the order. If 30 days have lapsed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund other than due to a product fault or manufacturing defect.&#xA0;</div>
<div>Please note Huskee only accepts returns of unused, unbranded products, still in their original packaging. Pack the item(s) securely,&#xA0; include all paperwork, parts, and accessories, and mail them to the address provided by the support team.&#xA0;</div>

<div>For every exchange or return <strong>due to a change of mind</strong>, a handling fee of AU$8 if you&apos;re inquiring from Australia, UK&#xA3;4 if you&apos;re inquiring in the UK. Unfortunately at this stage, we do not offer exchanges based on change of mind in the USA, unless required by your local consumer laws.</div>

How do I return my order?

<p>If your items have arrived damaged, please share a photo of the damage or fault with our support team at support@huskee.co. We will review the damage and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.&#xA0;</p>
<p><strong>We do not wish for any Huskee products to end up in a landfill, please dispose of any damaged item through our <a href="https://huskee.co/huskeeloop/" rel="noopener">HuskeeLoop</a> program.</strong>&#xA0;</p>

What do I do if I've received a faulty item?

A purchase invoice will be emailed to you within a few minutes of ordering.
