<div>We&apos;re excited to offer HuskeeCups to our customers, but we need to make sure that they&apos;re returned in good condition. That&apos;s why we require a $21AUD deposit from each customer who borrows a cup. When you return the cup, we&apos;ll refund your deposit. If you don&apos;t return the cup within 7 days, we&apos;ll charge your account for the deposit and you can keep the cup. We hope you understand this policy. It&apos;s in place to help us keep our cups in good condition and to make sure that everyone has a chance to enjoy them.</div>

<div>Borrow Process Flow</div>
<ol>
<li>Select &apos;Borrow&apos; and scan the cafe&apos;s QR code on their counter stand.</li>
<li>Once scanned, Stripe will check if you have sufficient balance:
<ol>
<li>If you have sufficient balance, Stripe will hold the specified amount from your account (taken from your account but not transferred to Huskee).</li>
<li>If you don&apos;t have sufficient balance, the borrowing will not proceed.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>A banner with a timer will be shown on the home screen to display the remaining time to return the cup.</li>
<li>For Returning a borrowed cup, just click the &apos;Return a Cup&apos; button on the banner:

<li>If you have returned the borrowed cup within 7 days, the amount being reserved will be transferred back to your account and you will receive an email about the details.</li>
<li>If you have not returned the borrowed cup within 7 days, the amount being held will be transferred to Huskee.</li>

<p>Note: The Borrow feature is limited to one borrow a week and is currently only available in Australia</p>

How does the borrow feature work?

Getting set up is easy, as there's no hardware needed to offer these features.

<li>Download and print your unique cafe QR code: <br>Select <strong>Account</strong> &gt; <strong>View QR Code</strong> &gt; <strong>Download</strong><br><br><img alt="Copy of Untitled (1)" class="hs-image-align-none" style="width: 655px;" src="https://f.hubspotusercontent30.net/hubfs/6865537/Copy%20of%20Untitled%20(1).jpg" width="655"><br>Once printed, make sure you keep it behind the till - otherwise customers could STORE and withdraw when they haven&apos;t actually left one with you</li>
<li>Upload your bank details to receive funds from unreturned borrowed cups.<br>The $21 deposit is to cover the RRP of the largest 12oz HuskeeCup as we don&apos;t track which size is borrowed. It&apos;s also to deter borrowing as a method of purchase, and incentive purchasing directly from you.</li>

<div style="padding-left: 40px;">$15.75 (75%) will be paid to you 7 days after borrowing</div>

How do set up my business on the app?

I can't find a location near me! How can I onboard a cafe?

<div>At Huskee we love being transparent so here is a very short science lesson!</div>

<div>Creating products requires energy to make them; including both single-use and reusable cups. This is known as &apos;embodied carbon&apos; or energy.</div>
<div>&#xA0;</div>
<div>Embodied carbon refers to the greenhouse gas emissions arising from the manufacture, transportation, use, and disposal of a product. This calculation allows us to figure out that, if you didn&apos;t use a product for example, how much greenhouse emissions you would be saving.</div>

<div>So when you don&apos;t use a single-use cup or lid (and use a reusable cup instead), you are actually reducing a certain amount of greenhouse gas! With a few uses, your reusable cup is always going to be better for the planet and reduce</div>

How are my 'carbon eq. saved' calculated?

Think of it like borrowing a library book.

Why do we take a $21 deposit when borrowing a HuskeeCup?

<div><strong>SWAP a Cup:</strong></div>
<div>To swap a HuskeeCup simply line up your phone&apos;s camera to the HuskeeSwap site&apos;s QR code and show your screen to the barista. From here, you will be able to Swap your HuskeeCup for a clean one with your favourite coffee order. This Swap feature can be used to count towards your digital HuskeeSwap loyalty card or simply to track your impact!</div>

<div><strong>BORROW a Cup </strong></div>
<div>If you forget your HuskeeCup (don&apos;t worry, it happens), you are still able to participate in the HuskeeSwap system. Simply scan the QR code provided by the HuskeeSwap site and provide your bank details. A deposit of $21 AUD will be held until you return the HuskeeCup. You will have 7 days to return it before being charged.</div>

<div><strong>STORE or Withdraw a Cup </strong></div>
<div>To store a cup, line up your phone&apos;s camera to the HuskeeSwap site QR code to scan. Then simply hand over your cup to the barista to keep safe for you. If you&apos;re out and about all day, there&apos;s no need to carry your used cup around with you.</div>

<div><strong>Your Impact</strong></div>
<div>Every time that you swap a HuskeeCup, you are making a positive impact in reducing the amount of single-use coffee cups that end up in landfill. You can also track the amount of carbon eq. saved, which is the greenhouse gas emissions arising from a product&apos;s manufacture, transportation, use, and disposal.</div>
